I. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS MANAGER

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Administer the salaries and wages, statutory and company-initiated benefits using approved payroll system.
  2. Ensure that the Company’s compensation and benefits packages comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, such as minimum salaries and tax liabilities.
  3. Design, develop, implement and manage the salary, bonus and benefits packages for the employees to entice new talent and retain current staff.
  4. Conduct researches and collect market data on the gross and net remuneration packages which are offered for employees across the industry especially the Company’s direct competitors.
  5. Analyze market data and submit recommendations on required changes and implement duly approved strategies.
  6. Communicate job expectations, coach and discipline employees under his supervision to enable them to deliver expected performance level.

II. TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Build a Talent Acquisition Team composed of competent, highly motivated and committed professionals who can effectively and efficiently implement the approved Talent Acquisition Program for IBC.
  2. Institute a competency-based Talent Acquisition policies, systems and procedures for effective and efficient staff recruitment, selection, placement and retention.
  3. Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
  4. Develop sourcing strategies to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
  5. Organize and/or ensure team attendance and participation on job fairs, assessment centers or other events.
  6. Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
  7. Plan and supervise the conduct of recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  8. Lead the employment branding initiatives and institute steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
  9. Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
  10. Collaborate with the entire People Operation on the initiatives regarding employee retention and development.
  11. Communicate job expectations, coach and discipline employees under his supervision to enable them to deliver expected performance level.
  12. Provides leadership example in living the values of the Company, demonstrating a desire for continuous learning, always striving for excellence and displaying good behavior, professionalism and discipline at all times.

III. OUR CONSULTANT LINE-UP
We welcome Associate Consultants with extensive experiences in the following fields: Marketing, Operations, Business Development, HR Management and Organizational Development, Franchise Development & Management, Training and other similar fields of expertise. Preferably with at least 10 years experience in top level management.

IV. MANAGEMENT POOL FOR CLIENT DEPLOYMENT
As part of our support to our clients in Organizational Development, we are also in need of manpower pool for various management positions ranging from HR, Accounting, Operations, Marketing, Franchise Management, Sales, Logistics among others.

V. FAMCOR STAFF
As our client base grows, we would be needing additional support staff. Applicants with college degrees and with 2-3 years working experience are welcome.

VI. INTERNSHIP
We also believe in early career development for students and fresh graduates. Their early exposure to Famcor will be of great help in building their young professional careers.
